We understand that circumstances change. Here's everything you need to know about our refund process and your rights as a thalorivenquim customer.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are available for most thalorivenquim services within 14 days of purchase if you haven't accessed more than 20% of the course materials. We believe you should have enough time to explore our content and decide if it meets your learning objectives.
For our business finance programmes starting in autumn 2025, refund requests must be submitted before the second module begins. This gives you approximately three weeks from your enrollment date to make an informed decision about continuing your studies.
What's Not Eligible
Some services fall outside our standard refund policy. Completed certifications cannot be refunded once you've downloaded your certificate, as these represent verified achievements. One-on-one mentoring sessions that have already occurred are also non-refundable.
Digital downloads, including our financial planning templates and business calculators, become non-refundable once downloaded. However, if there's a technical issue preventing access, we'll work with you to resolve it or provide a full refund.

Once approved, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. You'll receive confirmation when the refund is issued.
Payment Method Considerations
Credit card refunds typically appear within 3-7 business days, though your bank may take additional time to process. PayPal refunds are usually instant, while bank transfers can take up to 10 business days depending on your financial institution.
If you paid using a company expense account or educational voucher, we'll work directly with your finance department to ensure proper documentation and processing. Just let us know about any special requirements when you submit your request.
Partial Refunds
Sometimes a partial refund makes more sense than a full refund. If you've completed significant portions of a course but aren't satisfied with the remaining content, we may offer a prorated refund based on your progress.
For bundled services, we can process partial refunds for individual components. For instance, if you purchased our complete business finance package but only want to keep the budgeting module, we'll refund the difference.
